I charge $15.00 per hour with a two hour minimum for work I do outside of my office; however, there are some jobs I prefer to work for a flat rate, such as a re-install of Windows, which I charge $100 for. I will suggest a flat rate if I think it a good idea.

Phone support is $8.00 an hour.

Work I do at home is $12.00 an hour.
